BitcoinQuant
Public-company Bitcoin treasury intelligence

We turn corporate Bitcoin disclosures into an auditable data platform

Built in four months by two full-time bitcoin-native builders, BitcoinQuant.co ships a full-stack data infrastructure that scrapes, normalizes, and visualizes SEC filings, global stock market data, and corporate Bitcoin holdings. The platform now generates 30+ metrics per company, offering the most complete public dataset on institutional Bitcoin exposure.

Why we built BitcoinQuant

Bitcoin treasury coverage on Twitter and legacy dashboards stopped at headline BTC balances. Critical inputs — volume, volatility, options activity, returns, and leverage — were missing, forcing analysts to stitch together spreadsheets. BitcoinQuant was designed to close that gap with verifiable data and real analytics.

We started by reverse-engineering the data gaps that portfolio managers and treasury analysts told us they faced every day: no way to compare mNAV across companies in real time, no single source for convertible-note dilution impact, and no options-level intelligence for Bitcoin treasury stocks. BitcoinQuant now solves each of these with a purpose-built pipeline that updates continuously throughout every trading session.

How we source and verify data

Bitcoin holdings are sourced from SEC filings (8-K, 10-Q, 10-K), corporate press releases, and regulatory disclosures in each company's home jurisdiction. Stock prices and financial data come from Polygon.io and Yahoo Finance. Bitcoin prices are updated every two minutes via CoinGecko. Currency conversions across 35+ currencies use live exchange rates.

Every metric on BitcoinQuant — from enterprise value and mNAV to 30-day volatility and options open interest — is calculated using transparent, documented formulas. Our full methodology for each metric is published in the Glossary, where you can see the exact calculation, data source, and update frequency for every tracked data point.
